Do you have a physical store location?
Currently, Fab Supply & Co operates exclusively online. We do not have a physical store, but we offer comprehensive online support and shipping options throughout New Zealand.

I am not Located in New Zealand but would like to purchase an Everlast Welder or consumables?

Fab Supply & Co is the exclusive distributor for Everlast Welders in New Zealand. If you’re located elsewhere and are unsure who your local Everlast Welders supplier is, please contact our team and we can put you in touch.

How do I place an Order?
You can contact us at sales@fabsupply.co.nz or via our social media for product selection advice or product availability, then we can process and order for you or you can place a website order and follow the checkout steps.  

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, Afterpay, PayPal and bank transfers. For more details or to inquire about other payment options, please contact our sales team.

Are there any discounts or promotions available?
We regularly offer discounts and promotions on various products. To stay updated on our latest deals, subscribe to our newsletter or check our promotions page on the website.

Do you offer bulk purchasing options?
Yes, we offer bulk purchasing options for Everlast Welders and many of our consumables. If you’re interested in bulk orders, please reach out to our sales team for special pricing and availability.

How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to pay for shipping both ways.

Can I return my order?
Returns must be made within 7 days from date of delivery.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If this isn’t the case, simply return any unused products. Please read our RETURNS POLICY for further information.

Can I pick up my Order?
Currently, Fab Supply & Co operates exclusively online. If you are purchasing a bulk order or have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.

SHIPPING

Who will deliver my order?
It Depends on your order weight/size. We use New Zealand Couriers, Post Haste delivery for smaller items and Kiwi Express or Crossroad Courier services for welders and larger items. Please ensure you ensure your correct email address at checkout so you can receive updates on your order including tracking information.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on package size and weight this will either be an overnight service or 2-5 working days if a residential address. Rural deliveries can be an extra 2-3 working days on top of this. Please ensure you ensure your correct email address at checkout so you can receive tracking updates.
If you select a pre-order product or special request order please contact us for arrival times before placing your order.

What if I am not at home for the delivery?
All packages require a signature do not use the “authority to leave” option to avoid your order going missing. If nobody is home, a call to collect cards that will be left in your letterbox or at your front door. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier and coordinate re-delivery.
If possible, we also advise to have your order send to a business address so somebody can be there to collect/sign for the order.

My order looks like it has been damaged by the carrier. What procedure do I follow?
DO NOT SIGN FOR OR ACCEPT YOUR PARCEL IF IT LOOKS TO BE DAMAGED AND MAKE SURE YOU ADVISE THE DRIVER OF THE DAMAGE. All items shipped match the condition of our product descriptions. Please inspect your order upon receiving. If there is damage, please take photos and contact us immediately at sales@fabsupply.co.nz so we can help get this resolved and file for compensation through the courier company.

Where are Everlast Welders from and where are they manufactured?
Founded in 2004 Everlast Power Equipment, Inc is based in San Francisco USA. What began as a small e-based generator and welder company, Everlast Power Products Inc. has evolved into a multi-national company with distributorships all over the world.

They take a practical approach to product functionality throughout the design and specifications of their product range, taking into consideration the operation of the unit from the user's (customer’s) point of view first to meet the performance demands of the industry.  Everlast Power Products Inc is responsible for the design and specification of all Everlast welders and plasma cutters. Their product line is manufactured in China and complaint with IEC60974.10, CE guaranteeing your electrical safety and performance. Their team have direct supervisory control and presence in the factories overseeing all details of the manufacturing processing. It is also responsible for selection and testing of all accessories, such as torches etc, and of consumables.

Everlast Products have been proven as a household name in welding equipment throughout the USA, Alaska, Canada and Australia. We challenge you to find a range of products as versatile, affordable, and reliable.

What are the Terms and Conditions of the Everlast Welders Warranty?
Everlast Welders offer one of the longest warranty periods on the market, but there are conditions which you need to be aware of. Please check the details by reading the EVERLAST WARRANTY DOCUMENT.

Yes, we offer technical support for Everlast welders. If you have any issues or questions regarding setup, operation, or troubleshooting, contact our technical support team for expert assistance.

How do I maintain my Everlast welder?
Regular maintenance is required to maintain your Everlast Warranty as well as help prolong the quality and life of your machine. The warranty will not cover damage caused by metal or other particles settling onto the circuitry. Welders and Plasma Cutters should periodically be cleaned with compressed air, especially more frequently in dirty environments. This includes in preparation when a unit has not been used for some time as even non-metallic dust can be conductive if it absorbs moisture from the air.  Inspect components, check connections, and replace worn-out parts if required. If you have any questions, you can reach out to our support team for specific advice.

What should I do if I experience issues with my Everlast welder?
If you encounter any issues with your Everlast welder, refer to the troubleshooting section in your user manual first. For further assistance, contact our team at sales@fabsupply.co.nz for help with diagnosis and resolution.
